Hey guys, Neil Waterhouse. In this week’s video, I’ll show you how to find a buyer’s email address on eBay. And now if you’ve been followin’ me for a while you know I’ve shot several of these videos over the years about how to find email addresses on eBay as eBay keeps changin’ their interface. So here’s the latest technique we use to find buyer email addresses on eBay.

Step one is go to My eBay and select Selling/Sold. Next, select Orders. Now, if what you see on your screen looks different you may not be using eBay’s Seller Hub. If you’re not using eBay’s Seller Hub, I’ll put a link on the screen to the Seller Hub. And this link that I’ll put on the screen is for Australia however if you’re in any other country, simply just google eBay Seller Hub as per the screen shot and you’ll find a link.

Okay, after you’ve got eBay Seller Hub all sorted, next click on All orders. Now, next to each order you’ll see a little blue arrow. Next click on this little blue arrow next to any of your orders. Next click on order details. Now you should be able to see your eBay buyer’s email address. And that’s all for this week.
