Why do people buy on eBay?

Whenever anyone is in buying mode on eBay, they have itches that they want scratched.

If you know what these itches are, you can adjust your eBay listing to scratch these itches.
If you don’t, your buyer may need to go to a competitors listing to have their itches scratched.
