Transcribe of “How to get PayPal to pay for eBay returns and not you!”
Hi it’s Neil Waterhouse. If you’re a full-time online seller. Every now and then you’ll have a customer who wishes to return a faulty item back to you or your supplier. And in this short video I want to show you how you can get PayPal to pay for the return shipping and not you. Let me show you how this works.
Steps on how to get PayPal to pay for eBay returns and not you!
Okay the first step is to send your customer this PayPal URL, which I’ll put on the bottom of the screen. Now, when your customer goes to that URL it shows them this page. As you can see, once the customer clicks the blue activate button. They can then return up to eight items per year and each with a return shipping costs of up to $45.
The great thing here is PayPal paying the return cost for your customer, not you
The great thing here is of course PayPal is paying the return cost for your customer, not you. And once your customer’s clicked the blue activate now button. PayPal will ask them to log in and they’ll see this page where they can submit a claim for their shipping. That’s all this week, just a quick video. Wherever you’re watching this, please scroll on down, leave a comment for me below. Until next week, list more, sell more, this is Neil Waterhouse.
